• Trainee Assistant Officer, Cash Area
• Future Leader Program 2020

Prime Responsibilities

•  Make payment and receive of cash efficiently, flawlessly; within shortest possible time
•  Ensure Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in Cash Area
•  Achieve set Business target of Loans and Deposits
•  Stay alert against fake notes, fraudulent transaction and Money Laundering
•  Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM

Education Qualification & Other Proficiency

• Minimum graduate from recognized institutions
• Minimum CGPA: 3 out of 4 (For both Posts)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & office packages
• Incumbents must be energetic, ambitious, have vision, must have innovative ideas to serve financial industry.

Skills & language proficiency:

• good analytical with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language
• CEFR level C assessment
• British council students given preferences.

Reward: Excellent reward basis of the performance.

Commitment: Candidates have to commit to serve least 3 years for EBL.

Salary range : Monthly Gross Salary: BDT 22,000
